Low Mill Outdoor Centre, situated in the Village of Askrigg, Wensleydale, have offered outdoor activities in North Yorkshire since 1976 including,

 All inclusive residential and non residential outdoor education experiences.

Group activity courses for all sectors of the community including residential school trips, colleges, youth groups, families and corporate groups.

The Centre has also been adapted to accommodate those with special needs and disabilities.

Activities include:  rock climbing, abseiling, kayaking, canoeing, archery, gorge walking, caving, high ropes course, geocaching, orienteering and environmental studies.

Marrick Priory Outdoor and Residential Area

Marrick Priory is an historic 12th century building that was developed in the 1970s into an Outdoor Education and Residential Centre.  It is situated in Swaledale, near Reeth, and caters for groups from all over the world.

The Priory is licensed to provide a number of adventurous activities and can be booked on a day or residential basis.  

The activities include rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, caving, orienteering, hill walking, mountaineering, archery, zip wires, and low and high ropes courses.
